The location of this home was easy to find and I appreciated the ease of entering the home. Inside was comfortable and clean upon arriving. Everything you need to make you feel welcome and taken care of was available. The location is within a short driving distance to parks, restaurants and other activities. I would definitely recommend this and visit this property in the future.

We have stayed in AirB&B’s all over the world & this is by far the best one! There is not one thing Tim & Bambi have not thought of to make you feel at home! They even have spices for your use. Everything was organized, labeled & easy to find. The game room was the icing on the cake. I wish we could have stayed longer but we will be back!

We enjoyed our time at Lil’ Blue. Tim communicated with us prior to arrival. Getting in the house was seamless. The house was exactly as seen on the listing. The kitchen was nicely equipped for meals. The game room was fun! We really enjoyed the pool table! We plan on coming back again. So much to see and do in this area. Thanks for the great place and communication Tim!

5 stars all around!!! Booked 3 nights with family and everyone commented on how nice and clean the house was. Very relaxing and quiet. The game room was a big hit, when weren't outside relaxing, fishing or kayaking. I appreciate Tim's responsive communication on a couple of questions I had. Don't really know what else to say other than, if you want a awesome place to get away and relax you will not be disappointed staying here.

This listing was exactly what it showed in the photos and was even better than expected. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with a full kitchen. Our family loved the water front access for kayaking as well as the game room.

The house was fantastic! Our family was in town to scuba dive in the nearby springs and this was a perfect place to call home! We enjoyed the dock and kayaks as well as the game room. The location can’t be beat, it was super peaceful and all the thoughtful extras were appreciated! They helped us adjust our schedule and were very responsive and made great suggestions for local activities - would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, spotless home in the perfect Crystal River location. Easy access to everything. Loved watching the fish gather around the underwater light at night, kayaking from the dock, and relaxing in the game room. Wish this stay was longer - looking forward to our return very soon!!

This was a great find, we're so happy Tim's place was available for the weekend we needed it! Close to 2 local boat ramps that were easy to get in and out of, and friendly neighborhood. Everyone who visited during this stay commented on how great the house looked (we agree!), very tastefully done, nice assortment of kitchen appliances to use during your stay, great outdoor space that was shaded, and the game room was a big hit! Highly recommend, we hope to return very soon!
